On the 5th June 2010 we hope to see 2000 ladies walking
13 miles through the night along Torbay’s stunning
seafront not only making a huge difference to two
vital charities but having a great time to boot!

We need you! It takes a small army of volunteers to help the night run without a hitch! Looking after the safety and

comfort of 2000 ladies walking a challenging 13 miles is no mean feat. We need a small army of no less than 150 volunteers to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The event simply can not happen without stewards, tea makers, registration volunteers, walk marshals, drivers…the list is endless!

If you think you could spare a Saturday morning, afternoon or night, or even a Sunday morning, to help out with this fantastic event please contact us and we will send you a form asking when you could volunteer, with whom you would like to volunteer and in which role. We will try to match you with the best fit!

We endeavour to keep you fed and topped up with teas and coffees throughout the night. Last year we had fantastic feedback from our volunteers, many of whom seemed to enjoy themselves just as much as our walkers! It’s certainly a night to remember for everyone involved.

We are incredibly grateful to our wonderful volunteers who give their precious time and sleep to support Rowcroft Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support.

We all have our reasons for taking part
in the walk, please
